Laura Hernandez has been in Early Childhood Education for five years. She has earned her degree in Early Childhood Education/Director at Harper College. Laura has worked in the field as an assistant teacher, Lead Teacher, Trainer, and Assistant Director prior to becoming Center Director at Compassionate Love Day Care. Laura's passion for Early Childhood shows each and every day in all her work.

Laura Hernandez found her passion for helping little ones when she herself became a mommy to Noah. Laura decided to go back to school and change her major from Hospitality Management to Early Childhood Education, as she enjoyed being around children and helping children reach their fullest potential.

Laura has been a strong advocate for Early Childhood. Laura's goal is to make Early Childhood accessible to each and every family, as well as she wants every little human to have a strong foundation that they all deserve.
